Pricing & Payment

All charges for logistics services will be communicated before shipment.
Payment terms must be met as per invoice timelines.
Delayed payments may result in storage charges, demurrage, or service suspension.
Additional charges (taxes, customs duties, penalties, etc.) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

Cargo Liability

While we ensure secure handling, Ceylon Pearline Logistics PVT. LTD is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

Acts of God, natural disasters, or political unrest.
Customs or port authority actions.
Incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the client.
Packaging issues not handled by us.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to insurance coverage purchased by the client.

Insurance

Insurance coverage for shipments is optional and must be requested in writing.
Without declared insurance, shipments travel at the client’s own risk.

Compliance with Regulations

We operate under Basel Convention and other global trade laws for waste movement, hazardous cargo, and special commodities. Clients are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with import/export restrictions of origin and destination countries.

Delivery & Timelines

Delivery schedules are estimated and subject to carrier availability, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.
Ceylon Pearline Logistics PVT. LTD is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if:

Shipments violate international trade or customs laws.
False, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
Payments are not made as per agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Ceylon Pearline Logistics PVT. LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ceylon Pearline Logistics PVT. LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
